We were sorry we did not get to the Skatopia 08 reunion in our neck of the woods but we were able to hook up with Brian who came all of the way out from South Carolina.

The second tooth is starting to come in. We can feel it. Beckett is going nuts at night. Yes, more than usual.
Brandi and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary yesterday. We went to Cajun Kitchen for breakfast then came home and cleaned the house but good. This life, with little Beckett, is as perfect as it gets.
We went to our first TJ's party on May 10th. It was fun for us. Not so much fun for Beckett. We can't thank Ron's sister Maggie enough for watching him through the various meltdowns Beckett had before Brandi went up after dinner to comfort him...
All-in-All it seemed pretty tame this year from what I've heard about past years. We were in bed by 10pm though.

I liked this picture of mommy and Beckett at cousin Zenin's first communion. We got to Woodland Hills in one piece!
Beckett is now very interested in both mommy and daddy's computer. He loves that he can bang on the keyboard and make the computer do things (things even mommy and daddy didn't know it could do!) Beckett's computer time is limited until he can get his own computer--though I'm sure daddy didn't need his caps lock key anyway!
We went, for the first time, to get Beckett acquainted with water in a big way. We'll be going to the new Lompoc Aquatic Center twice a week for the month of May to splash around.
He didn't really like to be passed around to the instructors. Nor did he like to get dunked which I got into the pool with him and Brandi. Quite an experience for him. There is video but it'll take me a few days to get it up...
