Mommy joined a club to meet other moms and babies and we all went to Solvang to pick apples. We met up with mom Karen and baby Abigail. We have a group with Karen and Abigail on Tuesday mornings. Abigail is 1-1/2 months younger than Beckett. But Beckett really likes her.

Went to RJ's first birthday party and he had a bouncy house. While all of the big kids were eating I got to play in it with daddy. Mommy said I've never laughed so much.
My buddies RJ and Duke came to my party. I'm the oldest so I had the first party. We're just kicking back on the grass. I can't wait to go to their birthday parties.
I am about to turn a year old, so Mommy and Daddy threw me a party at Miguelito Park in Lompoc.

We were sorry we did not get to the Skatopia 08 reunion in our neck of the woods but we were able to hook up with Brian who came all of the way out from South Carolina.

This is Stephanie and RJ. They live in Lompoc and have given mommy and Beckett several rides to Solvang because Beckett does not like riding in the car. Beckett and RJ are 2 days apart in age. Toby and RJ's dad Ronald also work together at TJ's!

This is a picture taken by Rex's mom Erin at the weekly PEP group I joined when Beckett was 5 weeks old. Beckett and I have been going to Solvang on Monday mornings and have met so many wonderful mommies and friends! Beckett is the oldest in this group, and the biggest. And yes, he was sucking on his jumper, which is why it is wet:)
PEP is an organization for moms to help ward off postpartum depression. It has been a great resource of info and stories to help manage the first months of being a new mom, and we would like to continue meeting regularly and have playdates in the future.
